CJ BIO’s Bacillus, the fermentation strain of SOYTIDE has strong antimicrobial activity against various pathogenic bacterium. Based on the bacterium study and fermented process technology accumulated over decades through the production of Amino Acid products, CJ BIO fermented the soybean meal by using Bacillus bacterium.

While Bacillus bacterium has strong antibiotics effects, It is not easy to control and secure the productivity and quality during fermentation process.
