Based on the bacterium study and fermented process technology accumulated over decades through the production of Amino Acid products, CJ BIO fermented the soybean meal by using Bacillus bacterium.
While Bacillus bacterium has strong antibiotics effects, It is not easy to control and secure the productivity and quality during fermentation process. But CJ BIO has competitive bacterium and fermentation technology and therefore, is able to produce “SOYTIDE” which has high protein, high digestibility and stable quality.
